Web Application Developer

Cold Fusion and MSSQL/MS Access development; assist with development and planning of client and internal web sites; create and manipulate graphics with Adobe Photoshop; web development with DHTML and Flash 4.0/5.0; experience with many other software packages including Dreamweaver and MS Office Suite.

Contributed to the development of these and other web sites:

Agweb.com – As a team member, focused on the interface between the weather satellite feed for this agriculture portal and registration process.

Autoweb.com – Developed the buyer’s experience for an Auction web site (Cold Fusion, HTML, javascript, MSSQL). Worked with complex requirements and technology challenges.

Carlson School of Management – As part of the discovery team, researched and advised the team on the IT and staffing infrastructure of the Carlson School. Lead meetings with Carlson School staff concerning technology needs and current infrastructure. Project is still ongoing - new website to be completed in early 2002.

Unilever.com – Part of both the E-Services web site initiative team (worked to create their new E-Services web site) and the team that developed a portal demonstration site.

Assistant Director for Enrollment and Advising and MBA Office Webmaster

Registrar in charge of all registration aspects (advising, technical, web-based training, etc.) for approximately 300 full-time MBA students.

MBA Office web developer - created the first web site for the MBA Program Office, learning HTML, Javascript, Cold Fusion and other technologies along the way. Lead the web team on creating the MBA web site and created the functional design for the site by leading meetings with users from all areas at the Carlson School of Management.

Assisted with creating and maintaining international exchange agreements between Carlson School of Management and other business schools around the world.

§ working with other exchange coordinators around the world on academic and housing issues for students and faculty;

§ communications with staff, faculty and students around the world in preparation for exchanges (the first office in the School to take advantage of international email); organizing and giving information sessions on traveling abroad; organizing and giving arrival and exit interviews to visiting students.
